BARRICADES

An accumulation of soft volumes forming a barrier between protection and obstruction.

The work constructs a barricade that gradually occupies the space, transforming soft, inflated forms into a physical and psychological barrier.

The accumulation appears heavy and obstructive, yet remains unstable and dependent on air and pressure. This tension challenges the perception of weight, resistance, and control.

The installation suggests a condition in which movement is replaced by saturation, and space becomes defined by what blocks it.
